Sr. Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful and profitable completion of all operational aspects of assigned construction projects.  The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing one or more projects, in addition to assembling project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules and is responsible for determining and acquiring resources needed.

Senior Electrical Estimator

The individual in this role is a knowledgeable Electrical Estimator with a minimum of 10 years of estimating experience. The Senior Electrical Estimator will organize and implement estimating activities involved in pursing projects, preparing conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, cost studies, and competitive bids.

Field Foreman

The foreman is primarily responsible for supervising and coordinating all the workings at a job site including that of a crew of electricians, apprentices, and laborers. An individual in this role will establish and adjust work timelines to meet the construction schedule for the project and organize and coordinate all project materials and equipment. The Foreman will also ensure that all work installed is completed in accordance with the standards set forth by Robertson Bright – all work will be completed on budget, on time, and in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards.

The project engineer will provide support to the project management team. An individual in this role will manage schedules, oversee documentation and coordinate billing. The project engineer will coordinate submittals, RFQs, RFIs, and change orders. They will review electrical specifications, preparing take-offs and sub-contracts.

Assistant Project Manager

The Assistant Project Manager – Project Administrator will provide administrative support to the project management team. An individual in this role will manage schedules, oversee documentation, and coordinate billing. The assistant project engineer will coordinate submittals, RFQs, RFIs, and change orders. They will review electrical specifications, preparing take-offs and subcontracts.

Service Manager

The service manager will be capable of doing all facets of the service department at PP&S. An individual in this position will be self-sufficiently handling all aspects of a project, including managing schedules, billing, tracking time of work, and sourcing all parts. The person in this position will run small projects up to 50K and will be doing the service work.

Staff Accountant

This role is primarily responsible for the daily coordination, accurate and timely function of all accounting and financial activities, under the direction of the Vice President of Finance. An individual in this position provides high caliber finance and accounting support to the Vice President of Finance in support of the company operations and in support of the shareholders. The position will also work closely with other executive management and must be capable of liaising with staff at all levels in the
organization.
